How Can I Help?
I am a professionally qualified counsellor and psychotherapist, a registered psychodynamic psychotherapist with over 14 years of theraputic clinical experience. I am based in Central London at Queen Victoria Street, EC4 - in the heart of the City, London's Financial District - opposite Mansion House tube station and 2 minutes from Cannon Street Station and Bank Station.
In a strictly confidential environment, as a counsellor and a psychotherapist located in the City, I offer you the space to work through any particular areas in your life that may be troubling you. In particular, counselling and therapy can help you with (but is not limited to) any of the following problems:-
- Emotional issues including feelings of depression, stress at work or home, anger, lack of confidence, low self-esteem, bereavement or loss, traumatic events, sexual abuse, psychological abuse, anxiety, panic attacks.
- Personal issues including loneliness, sadness, feelings of being empty, loss of direction and meaning in your life, unhappiness from your childhood, sexual abuse, unresolved issues from the past, adjusting to changes in your life, sexuality (including gay, lesbian, or bisexual issues), boarding school survivors, addiction, obsessions, redundancy.
- Relationship issues issues such as inability to form or sustain relationships, feelings around separation, family conflicts, difficulty in balancing home and work life, emotional and personal relationship difficulties, a desire to seek a greater self-knowledge and to develop yourself further.
